We’re looking for a young, creative, and trend-savvy Video Editor & Graphic Designer who understands internet culture, loves visual storytelling, and knows how to make content stand out in a crowded digital space. At Sanskriti Group of Schools, you’ll work on creative projects for Sanskriti Group of Schools and Anokha Pitara, bringing stories, campaigns, events, and ideas to life through engaging videos, graphics, animations, and digital creatives. If you’re someone who spots trends early, experiments with new formats, and has a strong eye for design, we’d love to meet you What You’ll Do 1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, school events, and digital campaigns. Create smooth transitions, dynamic cuts, motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound design. Understand platform-specific formats and create content that captures attention. Transform raw footage and creative briefs into compelling visual stories. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. 2. Graphic Design & Branding Design eye-catching social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and digital creatives. Create posters, banners, standees, certificates, presentations, and event collaterals. Develop motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns. Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, and brand identity across platforms. Adapt creative assets for different formats and communication requirements. 3. Trends, Ideas & Creative Thinking
• Stay on top of Gen Z culture, trending audio, memes, pop culture, and emerging social media formats.




• Bring fresh ideas to the table and identify trends that can be adapted to our brands.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the Communications & Social Media team.
• Balance trend-led content with meaningful, original, and brand-appropriate storytelling.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery and incorporate feedback constructively. What We’re Looking For
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film Editing, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in digital media, marketing, education, or a creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, graphic design, and creative execution.
• A good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, colour theory, and motion graphics.
• Robust awareness of social media trends, internet culture, memes, and Gen Z content preferences.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Willingness to travel across our school campuses for shoots and events as required. The Ideal Candidate
