• Lead geometric design of highways, expressways, and urban roads.
• Design/review alignments, profiles, cross-sections, superelevation, gradients, widening, and sight distance.
• Design interchanges, loops, ramps, service/slip roads, and junctions.
• Prepare/review TCS, pavement design, toll plaza layouts traffic safety provisions and Road Furniture's.
• Coordinate with structural teams for various inputs
• Review drawings, BOQs, reports, specifications, and tender documents.
• Ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, NHAI circulars and applicable standards.
• Identify and resolve design, coordination, and constructability issues.
• Address client/authority comments and provide design clarifications.
• Guide and review the work of junior highway engineers. Software tools:
• Civil 3D
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office
