Role Description: GIVA is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our jewellery retail store in Velachery, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales,



revenue growth, and achievement of store targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store standards.
• Monitor store performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and SOPs.

Requirements:
• Experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Solid sales, team management, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to drive business targets and manage store operations independently.
