Role Description The Talent Acquisition role at HavStrategy is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for final selection. Daily activities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and optimizing job ads, networking across platforms, and ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition specialist will also collaborate with leadership to refine hiring needs, support workforce planning,



and contribute to employer branding initiatives that attract talent aligned with HavStrategy’s culture and values. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across diverse roles and levels.
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess capabilities and potential fairly and consistently.
• Exposure to Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s values and opportunities through digital and offline channels.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic recruitment analytics is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience recruiting for marketing, creative, or digital roles within agency or startup environments is an advantage.
