Salary:

* Prioritize tasks effectively and manage resources efficiently. 3. Problem Solving and Decision Making
* Focus on solutions rather than assigning blame when issues arise.
* Make timely decisions under pressure.
* Balance practical and solutions with systematic processes.
* Anticipate risks and prepare alternative approaches. 4. Leadership
* Motivate and guide team members toward project goals.
* Take responsibility for setbacks and give credit to the team for successes.
* Resolve conflicts professionally and without ego.
* Foster accountability and teamwork. 5. Technical Understanding
* Possess a basic understanding of the products, processes, and technologies involved.




* In this context, understand glass work, metal fabrication, and electrical installations.
* Evaluate vendor capabilities and avoid being misled by technical claims.
* Maintain backup plans for potential issues such as cracks, delays, quality concerns, or vendor failures. 6. Stakeholder Management
* Balance client expectations with team capacity and project realities.
* Build trust with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Handle difficult conversations professionally and constructively.
* Maintain strong long-term business relationships. 7. Team Coordination
* Ensure smooth collaboration between all departments.
* Eliminate communication gaps and information silos.
* Monitor dependencies between teams and activities.
* Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Drive coordination across design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams.
* Ensure all departments work toward common project objectives.
* Facilitate timely information sharing and issue resolution.
* Align operational activities with client requirements and project deadlines.
