Key Responsibilities
• Own the data architecture roadmap, standards, and reference architectures for Retail & CPG solutions.
• Translate business and industry requirements into scalable, reusable data platforms and semantic models.
• Build reusable accelerators, data products, frameworks, and domain models.
• Evaluate emerging Data, AI, and GenAI technologies and guide architecture and tooling decisions.
• Design AI-ready data foundations covering semantic layers, vector databases, knowledge graphs, RAG, and metadata management.
• Partner with solution, delivery, and business teams on complex data transformation programs.
• Establish architecture standards and reusable capabilities across multiple engagements.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams and drive architecture best practices. Required Experience & Skills
• 15–20 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics,



and Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, lakehouse architecture, data products, data governance, and modern data engineering.
• Strong experience designing data architectures for AI/GenAI use cases.
• Experience with Semantic Layers, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, RAG, Metadata Management, and AI-ready Data Foundations.
• Experience defining enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and reusable solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and commercially viable architecture solutions.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and influencing skills.
• Retail / CPG domain experience preferred.
