Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Warranty Claims and Warranty Operations.
• Review and process warranty claims while ensuring adherence to Warranty Policies and Guidelines.
• Handle Warranty Exceptions and resolve claim-related disputes.
• Perform Serial Number Validation and verify product eligibility.
• Validate Contract and Product Entitlements before claim processing.
• Ensure compliance with Warranty Policies, Contracts and Process Guidelines.
• Monitor and manage Claims Ageing and Backlog to ensure timely closure.




• Identify claim discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Support Supply and Demand Planning activities as per business requirements.
• Maintain process accuracy, quality and operational efficiency. ?
