About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident in communication and interested in building a career in sales, business development, client relationship management, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify recent opportunities and support lead conversion and sales growth.
• Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records, lead status, and follow-up activities.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and business development goals. Requirements
• Any Degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, follow-up,



and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales. Salary ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives Preferred: Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in Trading and Client Relationship Management will be given preference.
