Role Description The Robotics Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, testing, and optimization of robotics and automation projects. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with building and simulating robotic systems, contributing to process automation workflows, and collaborating on mechatronics-related prototypes. The intern will help document technical specifications, prepare training materials, and participate in virtual team meetings to review project progress. Responsibilities also involve researching emerging robotics technologies, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues,



and working closely with mentors to apply theoretical knowledge to practical applications. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Robotics and Robot systems, including basic understanding of sensors, actuators, and control concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Automation and Process Automation, with interest in optimizing workflows and implementing automated solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechatronics, integrating mechanical, electrical, and control components in practical projects.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, or MATLAB) and familiarity with simulation tools or CAD software are beneficial.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field).
