Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsmen
- Interior Design / Architecture position based in Bengaluru. The Draftsmen will prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects. The role involves working closely with architects and interior designers, maintaining drawing standards and documentation, and supporting project teams with technical details, schedules,



and drawing sets for execution. The Draftsmen will also assist in ensuring drawings align with project timelines, quality requirements, and practical construction methods.

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience as a draftsman, ideally with a modular kitchen manufacturer, furniture factory, or architecture/interiors firm
• Strong command of SketchUp and AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of furniture construction, carcass/shutter details, hardware, and material specifications. Knowledge of furniture layouts and FF&E; (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) coordination for interior projects.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with architects, designers, vendors, and site teams.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and commitment to accuracy in documentation.
• Understanding of materials, construction details, and basic building codes relevant to interior and architectural work.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple drawings and deadlines, and contribute to a cooperative team environment.
