• Permanent Role Purpose: The Accounts Executive is responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The role involves maintaining accounting records, processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
General Accounting:
• Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers.




• Ensure accurate and timely recording of business transactions. Confidential Information Bank Reconciliations & Controls:
• Perform bank reconciliations on a periodic basis.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain supporting schedules for key accounts. Process Improvement & Controls:
• Maintain accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist with statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• CMA (US) preferred.

Experience:
• 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in a multinational environment. Strong working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and US GAAP, including experience preparing or reviewing financial statements under multiple reporting frameworks
• Hands-on experience in GL reconciliations and month-close activities. Technical
