Enrolment Support Officer

Location:
India-Remote Contract Type: Permanent, Full time INTO University Partnerships is looking for an Enrolment Support Officer to support prospective students across South Asia, helping them progress from their initial enquiry through to enrolment at our partner universities. You will be the main point of contact for students and their families, providing guidance throughout the enrolment process and working closely with Admissions, Marketing and recruitment teams to improve conversion rates. The role has a strong sales focus, with responsibility for responding to enquiries, following up with applicants and helping students overcome barriers to enrolment.



The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence using IT systems and the ability to work towards targets are essential. Experience in higher education, student recruitment or CRM systems would be an advantage. The role is based in India and may involve travel to education fairs, schools and other networking events.
