Experience:
5–8 Years Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent Location
- Warehouse, Falcon, Cochin, Kerala , India Budget – 6 to 6.5 LPA Industry: Warehousing / Logistics / Fulfilment Centre / Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adequate manpower availability across all shifts as per operational requirements.
• Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for associates, loaders, sorters, pickers, packers, and supervisors.
• Handle workforce planning, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and employee retention.
• Manage staffing vendors and contract labour deployment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and minimum wages.
• Oversee onboarding, employee grievances, engagement, and HR operations.




• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to fulfil manpower requirements and achieve business targets.
• Prepare and monitor HR MIS, recruitment metrics, and workforce reports. Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Solid expertise in blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
• Experience in staffing vendor and contract labour management.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
