About the role
ARUYA Tech is hiring a Mobile App Developer for a hybrid role in Mumbai (3+ days in office). We are building a mobile product from scratch and need someone who will own it end to end. You’ll lead the app’s development for Android and iOS using Flutter or React Native, make technical decisions, manage releases, and guide a team of interns, working directly with the founder. Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain the mobile app for Android and iOS using Flutter or React Native
• Own architecture, code quality and the release process on the Play Store and App Store
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Lead, mentor and review the work of interns, and keep delivery on schedule
• Work with the founder on product decisions, features and priorities
• Monitor crashes and performance, and fix issues quickly Requirements
• 1-3+ years of experience in Flutter or React Native
• At least one app published on the Google Play Store (App Store release experience preferred)




• Solid understanding of state management, navigation, API integration and app architecture
• Experience with Git and release workflows
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Immediate joiner or notice period of 15 days or less preferred Nice to have
• Experience reviewing code or guiding junior developers
• Firebase, push notifications, analytics and crash reporting experience
• Backend or deployment knowledge
