About the Role
DegreeFYD is looking for a performance-driven marketing professional to manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for online degree programs, improving campaign performance, and driving measurable business growth. We are open to candidates at the Executive, Senior Executive, or Manager level, depending on their experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage campaign budgets, improve cost per lead (CPL), and ensure lead quality and conversion efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging video, carousel, and static ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead conversions.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to understand lead quality and improve marketing outcomes.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS,



and funnel performance.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager features, advertising trends, and platform changes.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, pixel tracking, and conversion events.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of campaign budgeting, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Experience in EdTech, higher education, or B2C marketing will be an advantage.
