PEM Solution Architect Role Summary: Lead the solution architecture for Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and lead client-facing solution discussions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead business and solutioning calls with client stakeholders.
• Gather and convert business requirements into Salesforce PRM / Experience Cloud solutions.
• Design the Salesforce PRM, Experience Cloud, security, data and integration architecture.
• Provide technical direction to the delivery team and review solution designs.
• Guide developers and QA through technical decisions, dependencies and risks.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, issue resolution and go-live readiness. Mandatory Skills / Experience
• Robust Salesforce PRM / Partner Portal experience.
• Strong Salesforce Experience Cloud experience.
• Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
• Ability to lead business/client calls and translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong Salesforce security, sharing and data-model knowledge.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation teams.
