Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations within the agency, including onboarding, documentation, and HR records management in an on-site setting in Saraswati Vihar. This full-time role involves supporting employee life-cycle processes, coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and assisting with role descriptions and hiring documentation. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, support performance review processes, and help implement and maintain HR policies aligned with organizational goals. The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives,



ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive work culture. Regular interaction with team members and management is expected to address HR queries and provide guidance on HR practices. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency workplace.
• Strong HR Operations skills, including onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance.
• Ability to manage Employee Relations effectively and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and basic employment laws, with the ability to implement and communicate them clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with HR software, spreadsheets, and common office tools; comfort working with data and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in an on-site HR role and familiarity with fast-paced agency settings is beneficial.
