Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth service, high food quality standards, and adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines through remote coordination and monitoring tools. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, guiding hiring decisions, supporting training, and promoting a culture focused on customer satisfaction and service excellence. The role will involve collaborating with local outlet teams, reviewing performance metrics, handling customer feedback, and coordinating with central management on promotions, menu updates,



and process improvements. The Restaurant Manager will also work on cost control, inventory oversight, and reporting to help maintain operational efficiency and profitability. Qualifications
• Customer-focused skills including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a consistent and positive guest experience.
• Team management skills such as Hiring and Communication to effectively build, guide, and support outlet staff.
• Operational knowledge of Food & Beverage to understand menus, quality standards, and hygiene practices.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in multi-outlet or chain operations.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks and resolve issues remotely.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and remote collaboration platforms for reporting and communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
