About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the clothing or fashion industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, reaching out to potential clients, converting leads into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate current leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and other channels.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up regularly.
• Identify new business opportunities, clients, retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
• Convert leads into sales and ensure monthly revenue and sales targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, coordinate sales discussions, and close deals.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
• Research market trends,



competitors, and new opportunities in the fashion and clothing industry.
• Share regular updates on sales pipelines and target achievements. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with a clothing or fashion brand.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and regular follow-ups.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving monthly goals.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
