Job Description
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and resolve employee salary-related queries.
• Ensure timely completion of employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.




• Coordinate performance appraisals and maintain performance-related records.
• Support statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other applicable requirements.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Manage resignation formalities, exit interviews, employee clearance, and Full & Final settlement coordination.
• Coordinate background verification and ensure completion of pre-employment documentation.
• Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with management, department heads, payroll vendors, and external consultants on HR-related matters. Educational

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage. Required
