What GrowthX events are We do events for the best people in the ecosystem. GrowthX is a community of 7,000+ people who build, and in the past year about 150 hosts ran 271 in-person events across 17 cities, from small meetups to a buildathon of 614 sign-ups and one weekend in ten cities at once. You work with the best companies. In the past year we ran events with OpenAI, Sarvam, ElevenLabs, Razorpay, Cloudflare, Wispr Flow, Convex and Hostinger, and with investors Peak XV, Lightspeed, Bessemer Venture Partners and Elevation Capital. You get the right people into those rooms, and you keep the members who host and the partners who give us a room, an audience or credits coming back. Full-time, in Bengaluru. You report to the community lead. What you will do
• For every event, decide who it is for, where they are and how they hear about it: our members, partners' communities, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp groups, colleges. Then make sure the people who sign up actually come.
• Most of our events are hosted by people in the community. Find current hosts in every city, train them, help the good ones host again, and make sure every host is reimbursed on time.
• One handbook set for each format, so a host, builder, mentor, judge or partner can pick it up and use it without a call: the buildathon, the meetup, the social, the multi-city weekend.
• The companies and communities that co-host with us, give builders credits or bring their audience. For each one: what we ask, what we give,



and who to call.
• Sign and keep the vendor deals and rate cards: food, screen and sound, photo and video, printing, travel. Community & Ops (also hiring) books them for each event and runs the day. Who you are
• You have filled rooms. You can show events where you got 200+ of the right people to sign up and most of them to come, and say exactly how.
• You have set up partnerships with tech companies or communities, delivered what you agreed, and had at least one come back.
• You have built a group of volunteers, ambassadors or hosts who kept showing up.
• You have negotiated with vendors and know what food for 150, a day of screen and sound, or a photographer costs.
• You write clearly. Something you wrote has been used by people you never met.
• You know our crowd: builders, product managers, founders and marketers.
• Weekends and travel come with the job. You take weekdays back.

How to apply
On Application form : Send three things:
• An event you filled: who it was for, how many signed up, how many came, and the three things that got them there.
• A group of hosts or volunteers you built: how many, how long they stayed, and what kept them coming back.
• Under 200 words on this: a member in Pune wants to host a 50-person AI meetup in four weeks and has never hosted. What do you send them, and what do you do so 50 of the right people turn up?
