Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing and Video Editing Executive. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, websites, and online advertising to promote residential projects and brand initiatives. The Executive will create, edit, and optimize video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, and corporate communications, including tasks such as video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and basic graphic design. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements, managing digital content calendars, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring all visual materials align with brand guidelines.



The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and timely delivery of high-quality digital assets to support lead generation and brand awareness. Qualifications
• Strong video production and video editing skills for creating promotional and property-related content.
• Proficiency in video color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal and brand consistency.
• Ability to design and adapt graphics for social media posts, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
• Experience with common video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Basic camera handling skills will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and content optimization for engagement and lead generation.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
