The team is focused on innovation in health technology and delivering accessible, user-centered pain management solutions. Role Description The Performance Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning, editing, and optimizing video content for performance-focused campaigns across digital platforms, including ads, social media, and product explainers. The Performance Video Editor will review raw footage, select impactful clips, apply transitions, text overlays, and audio elements, and ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and creative teams, experimenting with different formats and hooks for conversion-focused content, and delivering multiple versions for A/B testing. The role also includes managing video assets, maintaining organized project files, and staying current with video trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.



Qualifications Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard editing software and storytelling techniques. Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent visual tone, mood, and brand alignment across all content. Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, overlays, and simple animations. Relevant experience in performance or advertising-focused video content for digital platforms (e.g., social media, paid ads, product videos). Robust sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and audience engagement, with the ability to optimize videos for clicks, views, and conversions Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing and motion graphics software Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video work; experience in health, wellness, or tech is a plus.
