We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, generating leads, optimising conversions, and improving campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Management
• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns, along with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Develop audience targeting, keyword strategies, remarketing campaigns, and budget allocation plans.
• Align campaign strategies with client objectives, target audiences, and budgets. 2. Campaign Optimisation & Conversion Tracking
• Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and advertising efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS. 3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor advertising expenditure and ensure efficient budget utilisation.




• Communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimisation plans to clients and internal teams. 4. Client & Team Coordination
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, account managers, and web development teams to execute campaigns.
• Prepare creative briefs and landing page recommendations based on campaign requirements.
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining campaign quality and reporting timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Practical expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multiple clients in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
