Experience:
0 to 3 years (freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills can also apply) ? Pay: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and interview About Fancall Fancall is a creator collaboration platform that connects brands with creators for influencer marketing campaigns. Brands can discover the right creators, run campaigns and measure performance, all on one platform. The role You will bring new brands onto Fancall: identify potential clients, build relationships with decision makers, run product demos and turn prospects into long-term brand partners. What you’ll do Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and networking Build and manage a sales pipeline by understanding the marketing needs of brand decision makers Schedule and conduct product demos tailored to each brand’s goals Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, follow-ups, proposals,



negotiation and closing Keep CRM records accurate and follow up on time Work with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and campaign execution Build long-term relationships with brands to drive repeat business and meet monthly revenue targets What we’re looking for 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and objection handling Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers Self-driven, target-oriented and organised, with the ability to take ownership Knowledge of influencer marketing, digital marketing or advertising is a plus Why join Fancall Work in a fast-growing creator economy startup Build relationships with leading brands High ownership and fast career growth Collaborative, energetic team culture
