Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, tenants, buyers, and prospective clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and service requests. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, managing complaints, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up. The role involves maintaining customer records, collecting feedback, supporting sales and leasing teams during property visits, and helping organize customer engagement initiatives.



The Customer Relations Manager will also prepare reports on customer satisfaction, suggest improvements to processes, and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and service quality. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse customers and stakeholders.
• Customer service and relationship management experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or related service industries.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing multiple requests, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
• Relevant educational background in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and comfort communicating in English and local languages (such as Malayalam) will be beneficial.
