Exciting Leadership Opportunity @ V-Spark Deeptech Ventures Private Limited V-Spark DeepTech Ventures is Vedanta's demand-led industrial innovation platform, incubated within Vedanta and now scaling into an independent, institutionally structured platform. V-Spark systematically sources, validates, and scales startup/MSME deeptech solutions across Vedanta's industrial footprint. As V-Spark builds out its core technology team, we are hiring for the following three roles. 1. Enterprise AI Architect
• Owns the reference architecture for Vedanta's Enterprise Intelligence Layer and all AI applications built on it, in-house or by partners.
• Sets technical standards and OT/IT integration patterns, and governs partner architecture, design reviews, and handovers.
• Must-haves: 10+ years in software/data engineering with end-to-end architecture ownership of large-scale production platforms; deep hyperscaler cloud experience; strong AI/ML system design knowledge; experience governing external vendors. 2. Data Scientist
• Builds and productionises models across process optimisation, yield/recovery, quality prediction, predictive maintenance and forecasting.
• Acts as technical counterparty to independently validate and stress-test models delivered by external partners.
• Must-haves: 5+ years applied data science with models running in production; strong Python/SQL and statistical foundation; time-series/sensor data experience. 3. Deployment Engineer (AIOps/MLOps / Platform)
• Gets applications into production at plant sites and keeps them running — both V-Spark's own builds and partner handovers.
• Owns CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, incident response, and deployment into constrained/edge OT environments.
• Must-haves: 4–8 years in DevOps/SRE/MLOps with production ownership; solid with Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform/CI-CD; cloud proficiency; genuine on-call maturity. Transformational Growth | Woman Leaders are encouraged to apply
