Visit: https://firstedgesports.com/ Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partnerships Associate to help expand FirstEdge's presence across India's racket-sports ecosystem. The role involves developing partnerships, identifying business opportunities and building relationships with academies, coaches, courts, retailers and sporting communities.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop partnerships with racket sports academies, sports courts, coaches, retailers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Generate new business leads and explore sales and distribution opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to drive product adoption and business growth.




• Coordinate athlete collaborations, product trials, sports events and on-ground activations.
• Support partnership negotiations, proposals, follow-ups and onboarding.
• Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and understand competitor activities.
• Track leads, maintain partner databases and monitor business development outcomes. Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development or a related field.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Proactive approach to lead generation, outreach and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Interest in sports, fitness or the racket-sports industry is highly desirable.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a demonstrated interest in sports and business development may also apply.
