Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
• Manage daily HR operations, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• Maintain a positive, qualified, and disciplined work environment.
• Coordinate daily workplace activities and employee-related matters.
• Handle employee concerns, engagement,



and internal communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding hiring and employee performance. Requirements
• Previous experience in HR recruitment and operations preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
• Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment and daily HR activities.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies or fast-growing companies.
