We're hiring: Business Development & Partnerships at Enso Wellness Enso Wellness is a Bengaluru-based mental health and wellbeing practice founded by counselling psychologist Arouba Kabir. We're looking for someone who can turn conversations into partnerships and paid business.

What you'll do
• Pitch and close paid corporate talks, workshops and wellbeing programs, including with banks.
• Build collaborations with colleges, institutes, doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Secure speaking opportunities.
• Pitch our podcast to platforms for distribution and sponsorship, and to brands for sponsorship.
• Find sponsors for planned events, including a carnival and an award show.
• Create proposals and pitch decks, follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved terms and track client payments.
• Coordinate confirmed work with our delivery team and build repeat business. Paid corporate work will be the first priority, with sponsorship outreach alongside it. What we're looking for:




• A demonstrated sales track record: what you sold, how you found the opportunity and how you closed it.
• Strong communication, reliable follow-through and good knowledge of Bengaluru.
• Fluent written and spoken English. Kannada is a plus.
• Your own transport for client meetings.
• The ability to create and deliver presentations and pitch decks.
• Nice to have: basic website updates, such as workshop details, dates and booking links. Technical development is not required.

Location:
Bengaluru. Hybrid, with one office day per week in Koramangala and work from home otherwise, alongside client meetings across the city. Pay: ₹50,000 per month fixed + sales incentives. To apply: send your CV to [email protected]
