The organization offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic, manufacturing-driven environment. Role Description The Junior Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating between buyers, production teams, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of denim orders. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in sample development, preparing product specifications, tracking order status, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Junior Merchandiser supports pricing discussions, monitors quality checkpoints, and helps manage merchandising calendars. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with customers, gathering market feedback,



and contributing to trend and fabric research to support new collections. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to client requirements, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Retail awareness to understand market demands, product positioning, and consumer preferences.
• Candidates should possess Marketing insight to support product presentation, brand alignment, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
• Relevant educational background in Fashion, Textiles, Merchandising, or Business is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, especially denim, and familiarity with production timelines is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work with spreadsheets and order tracking tools is expected.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.
