About the Role
We are looking for multiple role for the project management team, for the project execution: Execution of commercial and residential projects across civil, structural, finishing, façade, MEP, infrastructure, amenities, and external development works through final handover. Responsibilities
• Execution of commercial and residential projects across civil, structural, finishing, façade, MEP, infrastructure, amenities, and external development works through final handover.
• Planning & Schedule Control: Drive project planning, work-front readiness, look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, critical activity monitoring, and recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery.
• Site & Contractor Management: Lead contractors, vendors, engineers,



and supervisors through target setting, productivity monitoring, progress reviews, and timely resolution of site issues.
• Quality & Workmanship: Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, construction methodologies, finishing standards, mock-ups, inspections, and quality benchmarks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, contracts, QS, MEP, quality, safety, CRM, and operations teams for seamless execution and decision-making.
• Cost & Commercial Control: Monitor project budgets, material consumption, billing readiness, scope changes, variations, and commercial risks to maintain cost efficiency.
• Safety & Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, approved drawings, site safety standards, construction protocols, and project documentation requirements.
• Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Drive snagging and de-snagging, MEP testing and commissioning readiness, final inspections, and timely project handover and possession. Qualifications

- Civil, Electrical and Mechanical. Required Skills
