Role Description The Associate Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties within the JadeCaps ecosystem. This role includes coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are maintained to brand standards, and managing housekeeping and maintenance schedules. The Associate Property Manager will monitor bookings and occupancy, support dynamic pricing implementation, and collaborate with the central operations team to ensure accurate listings and smooth guest experiences. The role involves resolving guest and owner inquiries,



handling escalations professionally, and maintaining clear communication with service partners and vendors. This position also contributes to process improvements, local market insights, and compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. Qualifications
• Property operations and hospitality skills, including coordination of housekeeping and maintenance, vendor management, and in office quality checks.
• Customer service and communication skills to handle guest and owner interactions, issue resolution, and professional correspondence.
• Basic operational and administrative skills, such as scheduling, documentation, and use of property management or booking platforms.
• Analytical and organizational skills to track occupancy, identify operational gaps, and support pricing and performance optimization.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility for weekend or holiday shifts as required by property operations.
• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, real estate operations, or travel services is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using digital tools and dashboards; familiarity with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) is a plus.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
