• JIRA Data Center administration
• Hands-on experience in JIRA DC-to-DC/Server migration
• Strong knowledge of workflows, schemes, permissions
• Experience with JIRA backup/restore and migration tools
• User migration and directory integration (LDAP/AD, SSO)
• Integration handling (CI/CD, Bitbucket, Confluence)
• Windows/Linux Infrastructure knowledge
• Execute JIRA Data Center to Data Center migration
• Assess source instance and define migration strategy
• Configure target workplace and perform data migration
• Migrate projects, users, and configurations
• Reconfigure integrations and validate setup Confluence

• Confluence Cloud and Data Center administration
• Experience in Confluence Cloud to DC migration
• Space, page hierarchy, permissions, and user management
• Experience with migration tools (CCMA, XML export/import)
• Handling Confluence integrations and apps/plugins
• Execute Confluence Cloud to Data Center migration
• Assess spaces, users, permissions, and integrations
• Define and implement migration strategy
• Migrate spaces, pages, attachments, and users
• Validate plugins and reconfigure integrations
• Support UAT, troubleshooting, and go-live
