Key Responsibilities
• Drive digital recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Plan and manage online job advertisements and digital sourcing campaigns.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment across Group businesses, with a major focus on manufacturing and industrial hiring.
• Recruit for Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely closures.




• Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring performance, turnaround time, and sourcing effectiveness. Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience with a recruitment consultancy, staffing agency, or executive search firm is strongly preferred.
• Robust hands-on experience in digital recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, Naukri Resdex, and manufacturing recruitment.
