Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base for KROWN KUMARAPPA INDUSTRIES (P) LIMITED. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand client segments and competitive trends, and developing outreach strategies to promote wealth management and financial services. The role involves meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining service offerings, tailoring proposals to their financial needs, and maintaining solid relationships through consistent follow-up and customer service.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company goals, prepare reports on sales activities and performance, and support marketing campaigns and events that enhance brand visibility. Qualifications
