JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to the Competency Head within the customer services CoC organization, ALTEN Offshore Delivery Center.
• Manage a large team of engineers, supporting various project organizations as your internal customer.
• Execute the competency process and collaborate with program managers to meet objectives related to capacity and skills.
• Provide hiring pipeline for the accounts assigned and streamline operations to meet the staffing needs.
• Validate the technical profiles and the salary offers supporting the talent acquisition team in recruitment.
• Deploy individual development plans, offering growth, career and transition path for resources.
• Drive the performance of team members using internal and external project metrics, with the support of project managers.
• Monitor, track and act on key performance metrics : shortfall in KPIs, attritions, ramp-up/down and employee satisfaction rate.
• Collaborate with HR on policies, university relations, training needs, rewards and recognitions.




• Track the skills and competencies of each team member and offer training support to meet the project expectations.
• Take ownership of training plans, feedback and improvisation of the training content including its digitalization using LMS.
• Define technology roadmap to adapt futuristic changes to the tools and processes in delivering the product.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive automation initiatives and simplify the production processes. Skills Required:
- Strong people and practice management skills. Manufacturing engineering with positive network resource pool. Strategic thinking and business-centric approach.
• Air vehicle maintenance, repair and fault isolation.
• Technical Documentation standards, ISO 9001, Lean and Agile methodologies.
• English Proficiency level C1 Skills Required.
