Kolkata, West Bengal Experience Required: 4–8 years in Marketing/Franchise Operations Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to work closely with franchise partners and centres across Kolkata, driving enrolment growth through strategic franchise marketing initiatives. The role involves planning and executing local area marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, digital and offline promotions, school outreach programs, community engagement initiatives, and centre-level branding activities. The incumbent will support franchise centres in market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility while ensuring consistent brand standards and sustainable business growth across the network.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with franchise partners and centres to streamline daily operations
• Drive enrolment enhancements through targeted initiatives and campaigns
• Support existing and upcoming centres in building attractive school environments and executing marketing plans
• Maintain solid knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate value propositions




• Act as custodian of the brand in the region, ensuring adherence to brand standards
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver service excellence and partner satisfaction
• Enable centres to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in Kerala Qualifications &

Skills:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in marketing, franchise operations, or education services
• Strong operational and marketing execution skills
• Ability to speak and understand Bengali
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
