Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily academic activities and ensure smooth functioning of classes.
* Prepare and manage class schedules, faculty timetables, and academic calendars.
* Coordinate between students, faculty members, and management.
* Monitor student attendance, performance, assignments, and academic progress.
* Maintain accurate academic records, reports, and student databases.
* Follow up with students regarding attendance, assignments, projects, and course completion.
* Address student queries and coordinate with faculty to resolve academic concerns.
* Monitor faculty attendance, class schedules, and course delivery.
* Ensure that classes are conducted according to the planned curriculum and schedule.
* Organize student activities, workshops, seminars, assessments, and academic events.




* Prepare regular academic reports for management.
* Maintain discipline and ensure proper academic procedures are followed.
* Support student engagement, retention, and overall learning experience.
* Assist management with other academic and administrative responsibilities as required. Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline; relevant education/management qualification is preferred.
* 0-1 years of experience in academic coordination, education, training, or administration.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
* Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate professionally with students, parents, faculty, and management.
