About The Role
A Product Manager
- Savings Account is responsible for driving the growth, innovation and expansion of the Savings Account product portfolio through product enhancements, lifecycle management and the development and launch of new offerings. The role includes managing the product lifecycle and leading the implementation of product enhancements and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, business objectives and evolving customer needs. It also involves defining and executing product strategies, supported by long-term planning, market analysis and cross-functional collaboration, to drive business growth, customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage the Savings Account product portfolio, including product lifecycle management, performance monitoring and continuous enhancement of existing products.
• Identify customer, business and market opportunities to enhance product propositions, improve customer experience and drive portfolio growth.
• Define product requirements, prepare business requirement documents (BRDs) and work with Technology and Operations teams to deliver product features, upgrades and process enhancements.
• Lead the development, implementation and rollout of product enhancements, new features and new product offerings across channels.
• Drive end-to-end execution of product enhancements, including requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing, implementation and post-launch monitoring.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, assess product performance, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing,



Analytics and Business teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of product initiatives.
• Ensure products, features and customer journeys are aligned with regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.
• Monitor key business and product metrics, prepare management updates and drive corrective actions to improve product performance, customer engagement and portfolio growth. Secondary Responsibilities
• Conduct product awareness and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and product support to branch, channel, and customer-facing teams, as well as newly onboarded employees, as required.
• Support customer and internal communications, resolve product-related queries and escalations and maintain product documentation in line with regulatory and business requirements. What We Are Looking For Education
• Graduation: Full-time graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• Post-graduation: MBA from a recognised institution. Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in banking, preferably in product management roles within the BFSI industry. Skills And Attributes
• Strong product management capabilities, including product lifecycle management and product enhancement delivery.
• Good understanding of retail banking products, particularly Savings Accounts and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process design and cross-functional project execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong execution orientation with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
