International Voice Process Customer Support Executive / International Voice Process Associate Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process role. The candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain quality standards and call KPIs
• Update customer records in CRM systems
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
• Follow communication scripts and process guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle international customers politely
• Basic computer knowledge
• Typing and multitasking skills
