Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow AI Developer based in Hyderabad. The ServiceNow AI Developer will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, integrating AI and NLP capabilities, building and refining machine learning models, and creating pattern recognition solutions to improve service management and user experience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and operations, to gather requirements, optimize system performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and contribute to best practices, documentation, and ongoing enhancements of the ServiceNow environment. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with 6–8 years of relevant experience.




• Hands-on expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing AI solutions.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for developing conversational interfaces, text analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow platform (configuration, customization, scripting, integrations) in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and ServiceNow development (such as JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, data preparation, model deployment, and monitoring in production systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and transparent technical communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, and familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes, is a plus.
