Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working with Workday Reporting and analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports.
• Strong expertise in Calculated Fields, including Lookup Related Value, Extract Single Instance, Evaluate Expression, and other commonly used functions.
• Practical experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including datasets, data preparation, transformations, and data pipelines.
• Experience working with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or related functional modules.
• Knowledge of Workday security, business objects, data sources, and reporting domains.
• Robust analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
