Role Description The Culinary Arts Chef at Culinary Craft is a part-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The chef will design and deliver engaging cooking classes, demonstrating techniques, supervising practical sessions, and ensuring learner safety and hygiene in the kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and recipes, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves collaborating with the team to develop new course content, maintaining high standards of presentation and food quality, and supporting occasional events, workshops, or demonstrations.



The chef is expected to foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment that supports students at all skill levels. Qualifications
• Strong culinary skills, with proven hands-on experience in professional or teaching kitchens.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations, with the ability to enforce and model best practices.

• Organizational and time-management abilities to plan classes, manage multiple batches, and coordinate ingredients and equipment.
