Job Requirements
• Manage end-to-end & Job work Orders with planning team and vendor production execution to ensure timely product completion and delivery.
• Plan vendor capacity and production allocation based on seasonal, current collection and business requirements.
• Monitor WIP, productivity, lead time, capacity utilization, inactive orders and vendor commitments to drive on-time completion.
• Manage residue material return and reconciliation between vendors and factory.
• Conduct vendor process and quality audits, identify process gaps and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive FTA improvement and reduction of quality deviations, rejection and rework, ensuring compliance with defined BG limits.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement capacity,



process and productivity improvements to achieve business commitments. Ensure adherence SOP to quality, process, capacity and delivery standards while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Work Experience Education
• Under graduation or Post Graduation Degree Relevant Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor production management Behavioural Skills
• Self-Motivated
• Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Agile & Customer Centric Knowledge
• Basic Knowledge on studded Jewellery Production
• Basic Knowledge on Theory of Constrains (TOC)
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Oracle
