The Finance Officer will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting. The role involves analyzing financial data to support decision-making, tracking costs and margins for projects,



and assisting with internal controls and compliance with relevant financial policies and regulations. The Finance Officer will also communicate financial insights to management and contribute to process improvements within the finance function. Qualifications
• Solid knowledge of Finance, including Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting decisions.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, MBA Finance) are a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred, with understanding of cost accounting and budgeting.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work in office in Sangli in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
