Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
• Design sheet metal, fabricated, machined, and welded components for construction equipment.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and design change records.
• Perform design calculations related to structures, mechanisms, hydraulics, and material selection.
• Support new product development as well as value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, and service teams to ensure manufacturability and product reliability.
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T; implementation.
• Participate in prototype development, testing, and design validation activities.
• Resolve design-related issues arising during manufacturing and field operations.




• Ensure compliance with company engineering standards and industry regulations. Required Qualifications
• B.
E./B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-8 years of experience in design and development of heavy engineering, construction equipment, automotive, off-highway vehicles, or industrial machinery.
• Robust hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of fabricated structures, sheet metal, welding, castings, and machined components.
• Knowledge of BOM management and engineering change management processes.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and vehicle integration concepts will be an advantage.
