We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to drive marketing and business development initiatives, acquire new OEM customers, expand market presence, and achieve sustainable business growth in the automotive, tractor, and earth-moving equipment wheel segments.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and acquire new OEM customers and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer requirements.
• Manage customer interactions, RFQs, business presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with Sales, NPD, Design, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to meet customer expectations.
• Drive new product development initiatives in collaboration with the NPD team, aligned with market demand and customer specifications.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for business expansion.



Requirements Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Business Management. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical discipline is desirable.

Experience:
8–12 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development. Industry Preference: Candidates from Tractor, Agricultural equipment, Automotive components, or Wheel manufacturing industries will be preferred, particularly those with hands-on experience in wheel product development, OEM customer acquisition, and business development.
