• 14–16 years of experience in turbomachinery or rotating equipment in industrial engineering environments
• Hands-on experience with steam turbines (design, analysis, troubleshooting, lifecycle support)
• Leadership of cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers

• Ownership of training and competency development programs
• Design optimization and structured problem-solving to improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency Additional Technical Responsibilities
