Hyderabad/Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis/ BTP Consultant Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP systems with a focus on SAP Basis administration, BTP Consultant setup, and integration. The role involves handling incidents, enhancements, bug fixes, performance tuning, and security compliance in an SAP AMS setting. Key Roles &

Responsibilities:
1. SAP Basis Administration:
• Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PO, FIORI, etc.).

• Manage system refreshes, client copies, and transport management.
• Handle SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations
• Optimize system performance, memory management, and workload analysis.
• Configure and maintain SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and Fiori landscapes.
• Implement backup & recovery strategies and disaster recovery plans. 2. SAP BTP Consultant & Integration:
• Install, configure, and maintain SAP BTP Consultant for secure on-premise to cloud connectivity.
• Integrate SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP BTP, and SaaS solutions with on-premise SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues between SAP systems and cloud applications (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc.).
• Ensure secure communication via SSL certificates, SSO, and OAuth configurations. 3. Application Managed Services (AMS) Support:
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Basis-related incidents and service requests.




• Work on bug fixes, minor enhancements, and system optimizations as part of AMS scope.
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Document SOPs, root cause analysis (RCA), and knowledge base articles. 4. Security & Compliance:
• Implement and manage SAP security policies, roles, and authorizations.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and apply security patches.
• Ensure compliance with ITGC, SOX, and GDPR requirements. 5. Automation & Continuous Improvement:
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripts (SAP HANA SQL, Unix Shell, PowerShell, etc.).
• Recommend and implement best practices for system stability and performance
• Stay updated with SAP roadmap, new technologies, and cloud trends. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience in AMS/production support environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP Consultant setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver administration.
• Knowledge of SAP system migrations, OS/DB upgrades, and Unicode conversions.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform (BTP), SAP PI/PO, and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration, database (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)
• SAP Certified Technology Associate (SAP HANA, NetWeaver, OS/DB Migration)
• SAP Certified Development Associate (SAP Cloud Platform Integration)
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification
